1. About this site
ozn.technology is an information page about Ephemeral Code, a product that is not yet publicly available and is offered by invitation only. The site is run by the operator of ozn.technology, a private individual based in Romania (contact@ozn.technology). Nothing is sold on this site.
2. No offer
The information on this site describes a product under development. It is not an offer to sell and does not create a contract. Features, availability and dates may change. Any future sale will have its own terms, which you will see before you buy.
3. Invitations
Requesting an invitation does not guarantee one. If you receive an invitation or early access, any separate conditions sent with it apply.
4. Use of the site
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scan for vulnerabilities without permission, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure. To report a security issue, write to contact@ozn.technology.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, graphics and code of this site belong to the operator of ozn.technology unless stated otherwise. “ozn.technology” and “Ephemeral Code” are names I use. You may link to the site. Do not copy or reuse its content or names in a way that suggests a connection with me without my written permission.
6. Accuracy and availability
I try to keep the information accurate, but the site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, error-free or always available.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for losses arising from the use of this information site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for intentional acts or gross negligence or for harm to life, body or health, or any rights you have as a consumer.
8. The demo
The interactive demo shows prepared, illustrative output. It does not run code, tests or commits on your device or anywhere else, and it is not a measurement of the product’s speed, quality or results.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect you under the law of the country where you live.
